Shipping costs will vary based on several factors, such as pricing of the packaging box, weight, dimensions, distance of destination and more. Most often our customers are within the CPG, Electronics, and Board Game space so we use the same packaging and pass on these savings to our customers. Do you provide Kickstarter fulfillment?
Crowdfunding fulfillment is our bread and butter. This is actually how the business started, with the founder assisting in managing multiple Kickstarter campaigns, he developed a system for short sprint fulfillment! Whether you use Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Gamefound or backerkit, we can assist you with your campaign as small as 100 to 20,000+ backers!
Can we provide custom packaging boxes?
Yes! Using custom packaging enhances the brand experience for your end customers. We do not charge any additional pick and pack fees for using your boxes. You send us the boxes, and we’ll use them accordingly for your products!

Is there a contract for your services?
No, we do not believe in short nor long term contracts. As a fellow small business owner with multiple brands, we know the ups and downs of scaling a business. With no long term commitments or minimums, we want to be the best service partner to you throughout your journey.

We offer 1:1 direct contact with your account manager, this is a white glove service we provide to all of our clients at no extra charge.
How much do you charge for storage fees?
We offer the most straightforward and flexible plan. We often have promotions for limited time free storage for new clients, ask us about it! We charge by pallet space and calculate this at the end of the month. We’ve found this to be the most cost effective for our client.
